What does a shepherd do?  They protect and guide their sheep.  They show their sheep the way.  In a way, they love their sheep.  Jesus is known as the Good Shepherd, and models all of these things for us.  Zach is flying solo today to bring a short, but encouraging word to all you mentors out there about how Jesus is our Good Shepherd, how he calls us to be shepherds for our mentees, and how we can live that calling out.
