151. Connecting The Local Church and Local School in Mentoring with Dr. Karen Pearson from Kids Hope USA

One of the most unique challenges for mentoring ministries in America is the idea of separation of Church and State. It's this idea that prevents most mentors from actively sharing the gospel with their mentee while at school and can prove to be a hurdle for the organizations they volunteer with. Kids Hope USA, however, has found a solution to that challenge. Zach is joined by Dr. Karen Pearson, the President of Kids Hope USA, to discuss what they do, how they do it on such a small budget, and how they manage to get around the idea of separation of Church and State while simultaneously CONNECTING the Church and State in a mentoring relationship.
